This H-54 Type Oil Expeller is the most popular and economical model, and it is the favorite model of small-scale oil mills throughout the world. It develops high efficiency and incurs low maintenance cost. The Worm shaft is 100mm. in diameter, and Cage Bars are made of special steel subject to hardening heat treatment and precision finishing. This type has simple and sturdy construction as well as our other models, ant its manipulation, taking-apart and assembling can all be done very easily.

Type EX-100

This Type EX-100 is a very high-efficiency continuous pressing Oil Expeller which embodies our many years experience in Expeller-manufacturing, and which has been specially designed to meet the various requirements as demanded by oilmills for facilitating highest efficiency and lowest operational and maintenance cost. It represents a product of our long and varied researches. It develops very high oil yields, and its working parts are highly wear-resistant. Its Wormshaft is 100mm. in diameter, and is divided into 5 sections. The Cage Bars Assemblies consist of high-pressure and low-pressure sections, the bars in the high-pressure section being made of special steel, and those in the low-pressure section being made of special alloy, all subject to hardening heat-treatment and precision finishing. The Ball or Roller Bearings are used at all points holding revolving parts (10 places). The Speed-Reducing Gears run silently in oil bath inside Gear-Case. Based upon rational design and unique technique, all waste in size and space in the construction of this machine has been eliminated. While being small in size its performance and efficiency cannot be surpassed by other makes of Oil Expellers, and its price is comparatively low.
