Special Features:

This machine is useful to preheat raw materials prior to feeding into the expeller in order to facilitate thorough expelling, and especially in case of CASTOR BEANS, CACAO,　etc. having highly viscous oil, it is necessary to use this machine. These materials must be fed into the expellers while they are still hot. The bottom of Scorcher is thick enough to permit uniform spreading of heat throughout the entire bottom area. The Scorcher is suspended on top of the furnace by flange extending outward at the top. 24 gallons of seeds comprise one charge, and 20-30 minutes (varying according to moisture content) at sufficient for properly heating one charge of the raw materials. They can then be discharged through the hinged gate on the side of scorching vessel. Too strong heat should not be applied.
